SCHEDULING POLICY

  • A non-refundable/non-transferrable booking fee is due for every appointment. The booking fee applies to the total balance of the service. Remaining blanace is due on the day of your appointment via cash/zelle.

  • All card transactions require an additional 3-4% service fee.

  • Text 510-255-2070 if you will be 15 minutes late. More than 15 minutes late will result in a same day cancellation.

  • NO EXTRA GUESTS during services to ensure safety & focus.

  • If incorrect service is scheduled, payment will be according to correct service(s).

  • Discounts do not apply to “squeeze-ins.”

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / NO SHOW
POLICY

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours prior to appointment, otherwise it will be considered a cancellation & charged a $100 cancellation fee.

  • No shows & same day cancellations result in 100% charge of the service total.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Information collected is for legal purposes only. Your information will never be shared with any other parties or entities other than Essentials By Elyse (the persons collecting information & providing services). Information may be shared with authorities, such as Los Angeles County Public Health upon legal request only.

  • Card information is protected & will not be shared by any means necessary.

  • Your medical history will not be shared as it is against HIPPA to share any medical related information.
